Elizabeth J. was born in Toronto with Irish/Scottish roots. A former model, TV/radio personality, writer and psychotherapist, Elizabeth J. met her husband Glenn on a ship at sea. Glenn served in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) for 30 years. Their son Aleks, a lawyer with the Federal Department of Justice and his wife Denise, a microbiologist, live in Toronto. Both Aleks and Denise are avid hikers and love hiking along the rugged trails and cliffs of Bonavista. Sarah, their beautiful calicho cat lives happily with them in Bonavista.
