What to Bring and Other Useful Information

Identification – passports are best if traveling from out of Canada. Otherwise a picture ID (2) is all one needs.

Currency - Canadian dollar.

What to Wear – casual, loose fitting clothing for daytime and nighttime. Assorted clothing for warm and cool weather is recommended for your visit to Newfoundland.

Footwear - Running shoes, hiking boots, or sturdy footwear are best for hiking. Otherwise sandals and casual footwear are recommended. Sun block is recommended while outdoors. Look for a block of 60+ that is waterproof.
